The woman was NOT innocent of wrongdoing nor was she a saint as others have tried to portray. Ms. Rodriguez was caught on several occasions outside of the club with the boy. Some of those occasions constituted hugging, kissing, hand-holding, etc. There were email messages recovered from between the victim and Rodriguez to which they professed their "love" for one another and their "pet names" as well. This type of behavior can be likened to that of a couple who is dating. Rodriguez also referred to the victim as her "boyfriend" and the victim professed himself to be Rodriguez's "boyfriend." ALL of the evidence was taken into consideration, not just the alleged incidents which happened at the club. "Inappropriate" is hardly the word I would use...try DISGUSTING. The fact remains that Ms. Rodgriguez DID commit a crime and was criminal in her behaviors by carrying on a RELATIONSHIP with a 12 year-old boy. Ms. Rodgriguez told the boy to lie about spending time ALONE with her in her apartment. Last time I checked, the evidence DOES support criminal behavior because the victim was a minor child. I guess the only thing that would persuade you is if you had actual pictures or video of them committing sexual acts, which would then make you a criminal for viewing it. I am appalled that people would think that all of this conduct would be acceptable behavior, but ONLY because she broke club rules it was wrong. Had she not signed a contract stating she would not conduct ANY relationships with the victim outside of the organization, then her conduct would have been acceptable to people? That is absolutely ludicris to me. THIS is why people have a hard time coming forward to report abuse. The mandatory reporters and the victims are treated like criminals and the criminals are made to look like the victims.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32869165.post-40883768849836194942009-09-30T16:33:52.921-06:002009-09-30T16:33:52.921-06:00A toast to Liberranter:

Probably a distraction to keep us away from our third world service economy and the upcoming Iran attack. Some of these sex offender registries are a bit harsh. It will show the photo, address, current drivers license and other personal information. This topic was being discussed on the local AM radio blowtorch and a caller said why don't we have a burglar registry or an arsonist registry. I was busy being a punk rock skateboarder at 13 and could only wish a hottie like this would give me a hug, hee hee, I hope that is not a thoughtcrime!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32869165.post-58215853392371710882009-09-29T12:18:47.072-06:002009-09-29T12:18:47.072-06:00The good news is that the rampant and prolonged ab...The good news is that the rampant and prolonged abuse of the term "sex offender", and the expansion of State-managed registries filled with the names of those branded with that term has made the appellation so commonplace as to render it meaningless as a stigma. This makes the State's favorite "Mark of Cain" ineffective in the long run for its ostensible purpose of isolating and ostracizing those in disfavor with the State.

The bad news that the rampant and prolonged abuse of the term "sex offender", and the expansion of State-managed registries filled with the names of those branded with that term has made the appellation so commonplace as to render it meaningless as a stigma. The result is that the names of the (very small) number of genuinely dangerous sex offenders in our society will be lost among the hundreds or thousands of others who are innocent of any wrongdoing. This, in turn, means that said stigma and accompanying registries have no practical effect whatsoever as a means of marking or deterring these real offenders from committing crimes in the future.

(All of this leaves aside the argument that it is nowhere within the State's legal or moral purview to mark or isolate people who have paid their debt to society by serving the prison sentence imposed on them through [supposed] due process. Furthermore, if these people are truly and demonstrably beyond rehabilitation or redemption, then logic dictates that they serve life sentences without parole. This would preclude the presence of "convicted sex offenders" in the community at large, thereby eliminating the need for abusive, politically motivated "registries" characteristic of totalitarian states. But of course since Der Staat needs criminals --a steady and constant supply of them-- to justify its continued predations upon the citizenry under the guise of "law and order", such sensible and proportionate means of punishment can NEVER be allowed to become the norm. After all, the application of true justice is anathema to expansion of State power.)

The Rodriguez-Buck case serves as a classic example of Anarcho-Tyranny (to borrow from the late Samuel Francis) in action. It demonstrates how "the law" in the Amerikan Police State has evolved from the Founders' vision as a shield that protects the citizen from the State's depredations into a bludgeon to be used against them in the course of committing exactly such.liberranterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00555275410576294081noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32869165.post-29342002026901667432009-09-29T09:09:24.361-06:002009-09-29T09:09:24.361-06:00Having been caught in a similar situation - in Ore...Having been caught in a similar situation - in Oregon - I can certainly identify with the two featured individuals. We all know there are many, many other such individuals that, are, literally, VICTIMS of the state.

VOCAL (Victims Of Child Abuse Laws) was started in Oregon - 80's, I think - for that is how long, at least, abuse of citizens under the guise of stopping sexual predation has been going on in Oregon. It was started by two people accused, spitefully, by another. This all finally came out, but not without putting the entire defendant family IN EXTREMIS.

In the end, it is only the REAL PERVERTS who see sex in all things done between adults and children, for this is how the real perverts think. That this describes many of the "CHILDREN'S (dis)SERVICES" personnel hired by the state, questions can, and should, arise with respect to the true motive for these self - styled "protectors of children". Is a psychiatric exam required of such people? It should be, if not, and be in extreme detail. I bet the findings with respect to those applying "for the children" would be...sobering.

As a final thought, how does one "prove" what one did not do? There is no "proof" because nothing was done. That accusations of child abuse literally require the accused to "prove" their innocence places those wrongly accused in an untenable position, likely the intent of the law put forth but such wonderful "representatives" we get to "enjoy" "working" for us. That this can happen in the "land of the free", no less, with all accused assured a "fair trial" before their peers, requires a reply:

Injustice in the name of Justice is merely another form of tyranny. It says much about us that we tolerate such among us and, in some ignorant circles, hails such as a "good thing".Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32869165.post-33570299511598190762009-09-29T05:45:44.546-06:002009-09-29T05:45:44.546-06:00What a sick and perverted schizophrenia our societ...What a sick and perverted schizophrenia our society suffers regarding human affection. On the one hand, we have this nasty objectification of sexuality, abstracting it totally from the context of God's wondrous gift. On the other hand, we can't allow any human proximity without inferring sexual overtones flavored by some horror.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
