A lovely outraged protest from William Heuisler at the Tuscon Examiner regarding the usual pronouncement by the system that no wrong was committed by its agents.

But, not outraged enough. Mr. Heuisler will settle for an abject apology from the Sheriff, as there "is no question of criminal liability" because the thugswarm didn't intend to kill anyone. Anyone with "real knowledge of ... our laws" should know this, according to Heuisler. Apparently in Tuscon "real knowledge" doesn't include concepts like negligent homicide and felony murder. The piece sounds as if it were written by an idiot who not only doesn't have a clue, but doesn't even share a zip code with one.

Yet his bio says that he has a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice, so it can hardly be ordinary cluelessness that causes him to declare the actions of these murderers to be a non-crime. How can we explain this ridiculous assertion? Aha! The bio also says that he is a former U.S. Marine and Tuscon cop. It begins to become clear.Befuddlednoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32869165.post-12276281107436644042011-06-13T22:21:55.665-06:002011-06-13T22:21:55.665-06:00I saw this comment over at The Daily Bell and thou...I saw this comment over at The Daily Bell and thought it meshed well with this article:

Elites would have you believe the ONLY way to oppose them is by using defensive violence. This is a trap, because they will spin your defense as offense (eg: terrorists) and, the majority will believe them and "consent" to them smiting you AND the increased security costs / loss of rights required to deal with those who oppose power and are thus defined as criminals. Violent defense empowers police states which is why they try so hard to provoke YOU to violence.

If you want to fight and WIN, there is only one effective way to do it. Make "crime not pay" by increasing the costs of their predations (be not low hanging fruit) and, do your best to make sure they do not profit by preying on you. By passively defensive actions, withdraw your consent. Then, reality will take over and "Mathematics of Rule" will insure that "crime does not pay":

http://www.nazisociopaths.org/modules/article/view.article.php/c1/32Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32869165.post-21847661635587897792011-06-12T11:20:05.879-06:002011-06-12T11:20:05.879-06:00Quote: (...)
